THREADed is a collaborative exhibition between Little Artists School Project and OJIJI that explores how creativity connects people across age, background and place. Bringing together children’s artworks, textile language and contemporary design, the exhibition celebrates the power of mentorship, imagination and shared making.
Developed through a creative partnership between young artists, mentors and designers, the works move beyond the page into textiles, installations and collaborative artworks that reflect themes of connection, community and belonging.
The exhibition is currently on view at Rust-en-Vrede Gallery & Clay Museum, 10 Wellington Road, Durbanville, Cape Town.
To discover the stories behind the artworks, meet the artists and mentors, and learn more about the collaboration, visit the OJIJI website.
